Welcome to Flying Dutchman Farm, where every bite brings you closer to nature. Our commitment to sustainable, regenerative farming means we nurture the land as much as we nourish you. From our grass-fed, grass-finished beef and pasture-raised lamb to fresh eggs and U-pick blackberries, each product reflects our love for quality and care for the earth. Here, great food starts with healthy soil, happy animals, and a dedication to natural balance. Discover the true taste of responsibly grown food.

Grass-fed, grass-finished lamb

Our Katahdin lamb is prized for its mild flavor and natural hair coat—no shearing needed. Raised on lush grass with no corn or soy, our sheep are hardy, parasite-resistant, and primarily grass-fed, with a supplement of black beans and minerals during breeding and winter.

We produce lamb in the 40-60 lb range, as well as larger sizes over 100 lbs. Whether from younger or older sheep, our lamb is tender, lean, and rich in flavor, with older lamb offering a deeper taste.

Lamb is the world’s most consumed meat, yet underappreciated in the U.S. We believe our lamb, perfect for everything from stews to smoked roasts, is a flavorful and versatile alternative to beef and chicken.

Grass-fed, grass-finished beef

We take pride in using regenerative farming practices to produce grass-fed, grass-finished beef of exceptional quality—truly the "Ferrari of Beef." Our approach begins with smaller-framed, heritage Lowline Angus cattle, known for their ability to naturally develop rich marbling on pasture alone. We've carefully cultivated a diverse mix of grasses and clover to create nutrient-rich pastures, ensuring our cattle thrive without the need for corn or other unnatural inputs. Our livestock are rotated frequently, allowing the land to regenerate and produce the highest quality forage. The result is clean, well-marbled beef with incredible flavor and nutritional value, raised sustainably from pasture to plate.

Blackberries + raspberries

Our blackberries and raspberries are bursting with flavor! We use a regenerative approach to grow them, working naturally with the soil and its biology. No pesticides, herbicides, or chemicals are involved in our process. In the off-season, our sheep and cows graze between the rows, feeding naturally while enriching the soil with nutrients through the work of dung beetles and worms. We also apply biological nutrition products from Advancing Eco Agriculture in early spring and late fall. The result? Naturally grown berries that taste unlike anything you'll find in a store.

Be sure to check with us in July for updates on open picking and to see if the berries are ready!

Cage Free Eggs

Our pasture-raised chickens—and Gary, our dedicated guard goose—enjoy a wonderful life outdoors. Their portable coop is moved weekly, giving them access to fresh grass, which they transform into delicious, nutrient-rich eggs packed with omega-3s. Happy hens make better eggs, and you can taste the difference!

We believe that healthy soil and happy animals create delicious, nutrient-rich products.
